Parabolic Sim Motion – Return & Refund Policy

At Parabolic Sim Motion, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Because sim‑racing hardware is high‑precision equipment, our return standards follow the same policies used by other Canadian sim‑racing retailers.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In original, undamaged packaging

  • In resellable condition

To start a return, contact us at parabolicsimmotion@gmail.com with your order number.

2. Opened Items

If the product has been opened but remains unused and in like‑new condition, it may still be returned within 14 days.

A 15% restocking fee will apply.

This covers:

  • Packaging replacement

  • Inspection

  • Re‑stocking labor

  • Reduced resale value

3. Non‑Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or installed items (mounted, scratched, updated firmware, etc.)

  • Items missing accessories, manuals, or original packaging

  • Special orders or custom configurations

  • Clearance or final‑sale items

  • Digital products or software

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide photos or video of the issue

  3. We will coordinate with the manufacturer for warranty replacement

Defective items are replaced, not refunded, in accordance with manufacturer warranty policies.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective.

Returned items must be shipped in secure, protective packaging. Products damaged during return transit may be rejected.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Restocking fees (if applicable) are deducted

  • Shipping charges are non‑refundable

  • Restocking Fee Policy

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the original purchase price of the item(s) returned. This fee is deducted from your refund amount.

The restocking fee applies to:

Items returned within the eligible return window

Orders cancelled after payment has been processed

Items returned in opened or used condition

Please allow 3–7 business days for processing.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are handled as a return + new purchase.
